Use this tweak to remove the list of your most frequently used programs.
Navigate to the location below in the registry.
Modify or create a new REG_DWORD value named "NoStartMenuMFUprogramsList" and set the value to 0 to disable this list.
Key:[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
Value Name: NoStartMenuMFUprogramsList
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Data:(0 = Default, 1 = Enabled)
Optionally, change HKEY_CURRENT_USER to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE to make this policy effect every user instead of just the current logged on user.
