Run Regedit and find the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem.

Look for an entry in the right pane titled "NameNumericTail" and delete it.

Close RegEdit, reboot and retry the installation.

Key:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem]
Value Name: NameNumericTail
Data Type: REG_DWORD
