Open your registry and find the key below. 

Create a new binary value named "NoWindowsUpdate" and set the new value to equal "01 00 00 00". 

Refresh your desktop, or restart your Windows session for the modification to take effect.

Value Name: NoWindowsUpdate
Data Type: REG_BINARY
Data:01 00 00 00 (to disable access)
