Controlling which PC is the Domain Master Browser is set using the "IsDomainMaster" key the options are "Yes" or "False".

To prevent an NT Workstation or Server (non-PDC) from acting as a browser, set the "MaintainServerList" key to "No", other options are "Yes", "No" or "Auto".
