There is a lot you can do to manipulate your OS but this lets you actually change executables and DLL's

With this program you can edit actual dialog boxes such as the logoff screen, etc.

Note:  Please be sure to backup and files before you edit them.  I have never experienced any ill effects in the past, but there is always that chance.
