To enable this functionality again, you may try the following
Open Regedit.exe and navigate to the key below. If this subkey is not present, then you may not be affected. Assuming it is there, create a new DWORD Value and name it: "CheckAdminSettings" (sans quotes). Double-left-click on the newly-created option and enter the number one (1).
Note: This is only relevant in a Microsoft Exchange environment.
Key:[HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Policies \
Microsoft \Security]
Value Name: CheckAdminSettings
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Data:1 = Enabled, 0 = Disabled
