Navigate the the location below in your registry and make the corresponding change.

Create or edit the existing string value named 'DefaultRcvWindow' and set it to '4288'.

Also create or edit the existing string value named 'DefaultTTL' under the same key and set it to '128'. 

Restart Windows

Key:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP] 

Value Name: DefaultRcvWindow, DefaultTTL 

Data Type: REG_SZ
