To remove the following message:
"A domain controller for your domain could not be contacted. You have been logged on using cached account information. Changes made to your profile since you last logged on may not be available."
Navigate the the location below in your registry and make the corresponding
change.
Create or edit the existing DWORD value 'ReportDC' and set it to '0' to suppress the message.
Restart Windows.
Note: This can also be controlled on a system basis by modifying the same value at [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon].
Key:[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
Value Name: ReportDC
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Data:(0 = message is not shown, 1 = message is shown)
