Navigate the the location below in your registry and
make the corresponding change.
Create or edit the existing DWORD value (string value for Windows 98) named
"RoutingBufSize" and set it to the amount of buffer space for routing packets, the default is 73,216.
Create or edit the existing DWORD value (string value for Windows 98) named
"RoutingPackets" and set it to the number of packets that can be routed
at the same time, the default is 50.
Restart Windows.
These settings will be ignored if EnableRouting is disabled or set to 0.
