Navigate the the location below in your registry and make the corresponding change.

Create or edit the existing DWORD value (string value for Windows 98) named "NameTableSize" and set it to the number of entries in the name table. The maximum is 255, the default is 17. 

Create or edit the existing DWORD value (string value for Windows 98) named "SessionTableSize" and set it to the number of entries in the name table. The maximum is 255, the default is 255. 

Restart Windows.
