Navigate the the location below in your registry and
make the corresponding change.
Create or modify the existing DWORD value (string for Windows 98), named "BcastNameQueryCount" and set it to
the number of attempts you wish for the system to try.
Restart Window.
Key:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP]
Value Name: BcastNameQueryCount
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Data:Number of Attempts (Default is 3)
