Open msdos.sys with notepad after changing the "Read only" attribute.

Use the table below to change the setting as you see fit.

Logo=1	Windows 9x boot logo is displayed
Logo=0	Windows 9x boot logo is not displayed

Reboot required

If you would like to see what effect this will have on your system without performing the change, try hitting the ESC key as soon as you see the Logo.
