you reinstall Service Pack 3 after installing Internet explorer you may receive
the following error when trying to access a secure site:
Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site https://www.domain.com.
An error occurred in the secure channel support.
To fix this:
Click Start and Run and type:
regsvr32 rsabase.dll and then click OK.
In the future, the prevent this from happeining, if you reapply Service Pack 3 after IE is installed, choose
"No" when you are asked to replace newer files.
