Navigate to the following key in the registry and then select "File/Export...."

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones

Or if you would like to save specific zone security settings, Export:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap

To restore, right-click the exported .REG file and select "Import" from the popup menu.
