Yes, the site is template based. You will be provided with a html file that you can modify any way you want, just place certain tags in the html document that will be replaced by the script. There are currently 6, I think, classes linked to different areas of the site, for instance, to set the mouseovers, prize, offers, etc tables.
No, once you purchase your first license, all additional licenses are discounted. When you are ready to buy additional licenses just let us know and we will provide you a special link to purchase at the discounted price.
The CSV function currently works with clickbooth, cj, and adveractive. Those are the affiliate accounts we have been provided access to in the past so we were able to add those in there. If you have another affiliate company that you use, if you can let us know which one and provide us access to a demo csv file, we can more than likely update the script to process just about anything. The upload feature will only apply credits one time to a user. You can process the same file, or different files with duplicate entries and a user will only be applied credit 1 time.
Completion settings could be changed, but that would have to be a custom modification of the script for you.
