Just seen the thread about Microsoft Search:

Now, I like to use Google's Advanced search. Its a lot easier, as you type in whats happening, say Spell Check Outlook Express and then seperate it as follows:

Spell Check Outlook Express site:microsoft.com

This searches only Microsoft, and brings back very positive links. A lot of people use this method, as opposed to the KB base.

Just wondered if you wanted to add it to the link above
