If you need quick access to a site, program, etc from within Internet
Explorer, use MakoButton to create a custom button on the toolbar of Internet
Explorer. Tell the button to launch anything from a website, to your email
program, just about anything you want! Images used for the buttons can be icons you have created or found at many free sites on the internet. All icons must be .ico format. Sorry, its not our limitation, its IE's. If some program has installed a button on your toolbar, you can also remove, or modify it with MakoButton. Please note that if your OS is Windows 200X or XP you must be a local administrator to use this program. |

Hide All |
Use Hide All to get rid of windows that you need open, but don't use all the time so that they don't clutter your taskbar, for instance, email clients, management utilities, etc. Hide All also allows you to hide all your desktop icons as well as the Windows taskbar. You can also hide the application itself so that it isn't visible as well. When you want Hide All to be visible again simple hold down control and tap H. Show Find Computers... |
A visitor in our support forum asked if there was a way to quickly display the "Find Computers..." dialog box in Windows 2000. We searched hi and low for a "shortcut" method to accomplish this. He had figured out a way to make it open, but then always had to hit the "Search" button before he could enter a computer name. But to no matter how hard we tried we couldn't find a way. So instead here is the app that was created. All you do is run it, it opens the correct window and the closes. The Application itself is hidden so it appears that it just opens the windows. Control Web Enables and then Starts the IIS, WWW, and FTP services then when you are finished with the services it will Stop the IIS, WWW, and FTP services, then disable them from starting up on the next reboot.
