You need to install Windows 98 first and then install Win2k and it will give you options during the W2k setup. It will recognize that 98 is already installed and add it to the boot.ini file so that you can select it during boot. However, make sure that during the setup of W2k that you do not choose to convert your drive to NTFS because Win98 will not be able to recognize the filesystem and will not boot.
