Hi, I have a windows 98 operation system. We just upgraded 2 months ago. Since that time we have been having numerous screen freezing. You can not move the mouse to hit the restart button. We always need to hard shut it down, ctrl alt delete does not work. The freezing happens at varied times. It will happen a little when games are played, mostly when you are on the net or cutting and pasting info to be printed is when it is at it's worst, it is just random, you really never know hen it will happen. We do not get any error messages, just total screen freeze. We adjusted our graphics accelerator to none. Could it be something in the hardware when the new operating system was loaded? We are at a loss and this is totally frustrating. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you so much! Teresa
