Well, we normally hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you pretty much just lost all of you data. There is currently no way to get that data back. If you had backed up your private key or had not reloaded the OS you could have gotten it. But without the administrator account of the original load or a backup of your private key there is absolutly nothing you can do to get it back. The only way you will be able to use that partition again is to format it.
