I bought a computer (emachines) with Windows XP system. Before I had DSL, I used dail-up and everything worked fine. After I got DSL (SBC-Yahoo) and installed the software coming with the DSL package, I couldn't go to all secured webpages (https://) on IE. However, if I use Netscape, I don't have this problem. I called both emachines and DSL provider and checked all the possibilities (settings, uninstall, reinstall IE, etc), but still couldn't get it fixed. Any ideas?
