If you are using Exchange 2k you can use MSN Messenger for your internal network. If not, I'm really not sure, I've never had a request for it before, In the past clients have just used yahoo instant messager or MSN. I know there is a couple IMs that you run a service on one of your internal servers and just install the client on the workstations. I'll try to locate one and update the thread if I come across it.
