When I surf the net in IE 6 with Win98 SE my mouse will sometimes stop working and the cursor will disappear. Sometimes I can still navigate with the keyboard but then this too will eventually lock up and freeze everything until I do a reboot. Although the cursor disappears I can still right click to "see" where it is but it seems that my connection is lost or the PC will freeze. I had it with DSL randomly but now with cable its much worse. Do I have a problem with IRQ conflicts? ( I just used the factory defaults on my ASUS MB and Athlon 1Gb chip/Geforce16 Mb card/512K RAM.
