You may try tapping F8 right after the BIOS post and see if you can't get the Windows boot menu and try to boot up in safe mode. Then you probably need to copy any of your data off it floppy, etc. If that doesn't work try booting on your windows setup boot disks and dumping windows back on top of itself. That will alteast get you up and running to get your data off. Last but not least you could just copy all your data into a "Save" folder on the root and then boot to dos, deltree every folder except "save" then reinstalled windows fresh.
