I happens when one installs IE with the Desktop Update enabled. Desktop Update adds the Quick Launch toolbar, adds Log off (on Start Menu), and takes "close all programs..." away from the ShutDown options. I'm searching for the hack to restore it, but have not discovered it yet. If anyone knows it, please let me know. Cheers, -b
