Have you changed ISP's? It sounds like if you can still recieve mail but cant send, either you have changed to an ISP that wants you to use thier mail server or else your current ISP has changed its configuration to not allow anything out of port 25. Your best test would be to open telnet.exe and see if you can open mydesktophelp.com port 25. If you can't connect then you need to contact your ISP and ask them to either open prt 25 on their router or else tell you what SMTP server you can use to send mail.
